Key Responsibilities Selected candidates for the Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance role will be responsible for the following tasks: Adverse Event & Product Complaint Management• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails related to adverse events (AEs), product complaints (PCs), and medical information queries.• Process different types of safety reports such as:• Adverse drug reactions• Medication errors• Product quality complaints• Other special safety cases. Medical Information Support• Respond to online medical information requests received from healthcare professionals and consumers within the required timelines.• Provide accurate responses in accordance with medical information SOPs and pharmacovigilance guidelines. Safety Documentation & Reporting• Record and maintain call details while following Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP).• Ensure proper documentation of adverse events and safety case intake processes. Customer Communication• Conduct follow-ups with patients, healthcare professionals, or consumers as per company procedures.• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints related to pharmaceutical products.
